Powder metallurgy bearing greaseable design

1. The hardness was HRC40-48 (HV380-480) and density was ≥6.8g/cm.

2. The design of the spherical surface with grooves.

3. The product can still work normally when the drawing force reaches 20 tons.

4. A force of 35KN was applied on the spherical surface of the ball bowl, and the bowl showed no cracks.

5. Over 1 million fatigue tests were performed by loading 1 ton of force on the spherical surface of the ball bowl.
