FAQ:
visual inspection: Does the stabilizer link show obvious wear or damage, such as Cracked or torn rubber bushings.Rust or corrosion on metal components. Loose or missing nuts and bolts.Broken or bent link rods. Check if there are any abnormal noises while driving.
If all the above are fine, With the vehicle securely lifted and supported, grasp each sway bar link and attempt to move it by hand. Excessive play or movement may indicate wear. Use a pry bar to gently apply pressure to the link ends. Any noticeable movement or clunking sounds suggest that the links may be worn and need replacement.
First, safely lift the front of the vehicle to remove the front wheel, nuts, and bolts. Remove the old stabilizer link using the appropriate tools, install the new stabilizer link, and tighten the nuts to the correct torque. Then reinstall the front wheel, and finally, test drive the vehicle to ensure there are no unusual noises and that the handling feels stable.
